1. 教務處 → 註冊組 → 學生資料管理 → 批次上傳學生照片
   
   
   
2. 選擇學期 → 班級 → 上傳照片
   

   
3. 選擇上傳檔名格式 → 增加檔案 → 開始上傳
   

   
4. 關閉

PS:相片寬高比約 2:3，否則在學證明書會有問題。
