Chrome、Edge 瀏覽器更新後全國教師在職進修網無法連線 - 已修復

原因：Chrome、Edge 瀏覽器更新後量子加密機制導致 TLS 連線中斷，參閱：https://www.informationsecurity.com.tw/article/article_detail.aspx?aid=11066

暫時解決方式：

Chrome

1. 在 Chrome 網址列輸入 chrome://flags/
2. 搜尋 tls
3. 把 TLS 1.3 post-quantum key agreement 從 Default 改成 Diable
4. 重新啟動
   
   
   

Edge：除了用上面的方式 (edge://flags/) 啟動 IE 模式也可以

1. 設定 → 設定
2. 預設瀏覽器
3. Internet Explorer 相容性
1. 允許在 Internet Explorer 模式中重新載入網站 (IE 模式) 設為【允許】
2. Internet Explorer 模式頁面 → 新增 → 要連線的網站
